Established in 1995, Charlie’s has grown from a much-loved local shop selling home-baked cookies to an innovative producer of seriously delicious gourmet treats – both for the food service industry and for consumers to take home and enjoy. With the best bite chocolate chip cookies (as voted by Tattler Magazine) on their side, they set about rebuilding the company. 

Charlie’s couldn’t have grown to become one of Australia’s finest cookie companies without the support of its wonderful, chef, hotel, conference centre, caterer, corporate office, club, cafe, shop and airline customers and thanks to our supportive customers Charlie’s can now be enjoyed in various outlets Australia wide

We’re committed to making sure our cookies are the freshest and tastiest every time, so we use only premium ingredients from ingredient suppliers who care about food as much as we do.   Everything at Charlie’s is made from scratch recipes. We are BRC certified and proud to be a 100Australian made and owned Food Company.

Each year we donate at least $50,000 worth of cookies to community groups, fundraising events and charities such as Fareshare, Oxfam and Sacred Heart Mission.
