  • 3. Heat up your pan for 3 mins, then place in steak, remember Turn the steak only once, otherwise it will dry out.
  • 4. Take steak out of pan and let your steak rest for 3 mins before cutting. This allows the juices to settle and the muscle fibers to relax, which ensures the steak is tender.
  • 5. Make sure you cut perpendicular to the steak’s natural grain. It’ll slice easier, look prettier, and taste better.
